Captain & Crew

I am Captain Dick Cappar and with me is the owner Jim Shilston, Jerry Willis (first mate) and Rex Williams (first mate) on The Traveler. I have operated this boat the last five years out of Zeke's Marina. Rex and Jerry have worked with me for a few years. They are great first mates.

I have involved with Alabama deep sea fishing for the last 20 years. I am originally from West Palm Beach, Florida where I have fished the east coast of Florida and the Bahamas. I mated on the Miss Budweiser boat, a 52 Rybovich Sports Fisherman, all up and down the Gulf Coast from Texas to Georgia.
